You can cancel any session up to 12 hours before its scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations happen right from the Sessions tab in the app — no phone call required.

Cancellations made between 12 hours and 1 hour before the session are eligible for a 50% refund, to compensate the counselor for reserved time.

If you do not join a booked session and do not cancel in advance, the full session fee is retained. You will still be eligible for the ₹50 introductory rate on your next booking as our one-time gesture of goodwill.

If a session was disrupted by a technical issue on our side (e.g., app crash, Exotel outage), or if you sincerely believe the counselor was unprofessional, write to hello@updates.manraksha.com within 48 hours of the session. We will review and, where warranted, refund in full.

Approved refunds are triggered automatically via Razorpay / Stripe and reflect in your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Bank timelines may vary.
