By creating an account or booking a session on ManRaksha, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

ManRaksha is a technology platform that connects you with verified independent counselors and offers an AI companion for reflection. Counselors are not employees of ManRaksha — they are independent professionals responsible for the clinical content and outcomes of their sessions.

ManRaksha is NOT designed for medical emergencies, suicidal ideation, or immediate crisis intervention. If you are in immediate danger, please call iCall at 9152987821, KIRAN at 1800-599-0019, or your nearest emergency services.

You must be at least 18 years old to book a session on your own account. Users between 13 and 18 may use the service only with explicit parental consent. Under-13 use is not permitted.

Sessions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay or Stripe. Your first session is ₹50; every session after that is a flat ₹600. All prices include applicable taxes.

You agree not to harass counselors, share sessions publicly without consent, impersonate others, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violation may result in immediate suspension.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManRaksha is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months prior to a claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Bengaluru.
